Globalizatsiya sharoitida huquqiy neologizmlar va ularning qo‘llanishi

Abstract

This article describes the use of borrowed words and neologisms in Uzbekistan in the era of globalization. The article includes a linguistic analysis and questionnaire survey. A survey among students and professors at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy revealed that the majority of respondents believe it is necessary to use neologisms in the legal sphere. The article concludes with recommendations for the use of neologisms, including the codification in legislation of new terms containing foreign words, which must be accompanied by a legal definition.
