Abstract

This study analyzes the features of how customs terminology used in the Turkish language is represented in official documents, as well as its linguistic and functional aspects, and the role of modern artificial intelligence technologies in this process. The proper formalization of customs documents is a key factor in ensuring the efficiency of international trade, where the accuracy and standardization of terminology play a decisive role. In addition, the capabilities of AI-based systems in automating, classifying, and monitoring documents are examined.
